General guide to installing a theme via the WordPress dashboard

This is a general guide to installing a theme from DinevThemes via the WordPress dashboard.

After you have purchase of a theme from DinevThemes, you will receive an receipt by email there will be a link to download the theme and related items.

If you haven’t received such a receipt, check the Spam folder.

You can also download the purchased theme from your account page on the site DinevThemes.com. To do this, log in on the site DinevThemes.com by link http://dinevthemes.com/account/

Username is your email address that you specified when purchasing. The password should have been sent to you automatically after the purchase was confirmed (If you haven’t received it, check the Spam folder). If you have lost your password, follow the link that is indicated by the red arrow.

On your Account page, you will find your discount code for the next purchases from DinevThemes, as well as all the items that you purchased.

Sometimes some customers are experiencing difficulties with downloading the archive file of the theme due to the fact that Safari automatically unzipping the downloading files.

Installation via the WordPress admin panel

To upload through your WP Dashboard, select Appearance and then Themes. Next, press Add New button (or select the Install Themes tab at the top of the page).

On the Add New screen click on the Upload Theme button.

Choose your file (or just drag and drop the file into the upload field) and select Install Now. Once the theme is fully uploaded and installed, click Activate to activate the WordPress theme.

When uploading your theme with the installer, please ensure you are uploading the theme .zip file, not the entire package you downloaded. In this case, you will be uploading theme-name-x.x.x.zip where x.x.x is the version number.
